1.Because we prefer personal contact, it’s not possible to make a reservation through our website.
2.You can send us a personal message to let us know your wishes, and we’ll get in touch with you.

3.Once payment has been received, your sleepover is confirmed and we’ll start preparing everything for you.
4.We’ll arrange a date and time for picking up and returning the items.

5.All items can be collected in Amstelveen.
6.Please make sure to bring a spacious car to fit everything comfortably.

7.If our schedule allows, we can deliver and/or collect the items for an additional fee.

8.As much as we love pets, they are not allowed on or near any of the Sleepy in your Tipi items.

9.Of course, the sleepover will be full of fun and laughter, but please make sure to avoid stains on the bedding, pillows, and tents.
10.Please do not use gourmet sets or deep fryers in the same room where the tents are set up.
11.Sleepovers may only be set up in non-smoking areas.

12.Our airbeds and pillows are for sleeping only — please don’t jump on them or use them for pillow fights.
13.Since airbeds can be damaged by sharp objects, we kindly ask you to set them up on a clean floor.

14.For each theme, you can check how many tents are available.

15.If the sleepover has to be cancelled, the following cancellation policy applies:
    Once payment has been received, the booking is final.
    Up to 7 days before the sleepover date, the rental fee will be refunded, but the deposit will not.
     From that point onward, closer to the event date, only the deposit will be refunded — the rental fee will not.

16.We trust you will handle our items with care. However, if anything gets broken or damaged, please let us know.

17. A €75 deposit is required for all sleepovers, as we take great care of our materials.
18 .After the items are returned and checked, (it will take a max of 7 days) the deposit will be refunded. If there is any damage, the repair or replacement costs will be deducted from the deposit.

19. Our sleepover setups are for indoor use only.

20. Sleepy in your Tipi is not liable for any damage or injury to persons or property resulting from the use of our materials. Use is             entirely at your own risk.
